How to earn consistent profit from forex?

 I have been thinking for a long time.  How to win consistent profit from forex?

Idea 1: use breakout strategy on LC and LP

may need to have a strong break happens fast

Idea 2: use spread or butterfly on support and resistence level

may need to backtest to increase accuracy

Idea 3: EA to trade BO

may need to have capital and money management

Idea 4: improve BO indicator accurate together with the volume on tradingview

 

Idea 5: hedging strategy only action on the extreme position with less lot size

Idea 6: US session BO higher volume and better return.  reduce the number of trade in the Asian session, only trade at night from 21:00 after US session open

Option strategies testing

SP:

Touched BB  bottom, if the stock shows reversal signal, such as breaking the trend line going up, 2 dragons, trendwave, BB%b reverse, 

Key of success: prepare enough capital to buy sto k at strike price in case of wrong direction. then write covered call afterward

Bull credit Spread:

Similar entry conditions as SP

Advantage: max loss amount known in advance

Disadvantage :  smaller option premium 

LC:

BBW expected to expand in short period of time

Advantage :  unlimited gain

Disadvantage :  timing, decay of time value

how to spot the big drop in advance?

According to the XAUUSD H4 chart below, we are going to investigate the big drop cases of XAUUSD on 9 Nov 2020, 27 Nov 2020, 21 Dec 2020, 28 Dec 2020, 6 Jan 2021 respectively.

 

9 Nov 2020, XAUUSD H4, xau fell from $1958 to $1862 in 1 candle at 13:00 (19:00 HK time)

 

Case 1: 9 Nov 2020 XAUUSD m1,(out of the channel ceiling in H4)

Start: at 13:46, xau had a big drop of $8 in 2 minutes, $12 in 4 minutes

14:03  a big drop of $10 in 1 minute

14:10  a big drop of $12 in 1 minute

13:46 – 14: 13, xau had a big drop $56 from 1956 to 1900 in half an hour

 

Result: 9 Nov 2020, xau fell to 1849 at 18:47, totally fell more than $100 in 5 hours

 

Case 2: 27 Nov 2020 XAUUSD m1, (in the middle of the channel in H4)

Start: at15:09, xau fell $8 in 3 minutes, fell $12 in 5 minutes

15:32, xau fell $6 in 1 minute

15:09 – 16:14, xau totally fell $29, from 1805 to 1774 in one hour

 

Case 3: 21 Dec 2020 XAUUSD m1, (out of the channel ceiling in H4)

Start 11:47 xau fell $12 in 1 min, fell $37 in 34 minutes, then gradually up

 

Case 4: 28 Dec 2020 XAUUSD m1, (close to the channel ceiling in H4)

Start 8:30 xau fell $7 in 1 min, then up and down

Case 5: 6 Jan 2021 XAUUSD m1, (out of the channel ceiling in H4)

Start 14:43, xau fell $10 in 1 min, then continue to fall.....

 

 

6 Jan 2021, Result: from $1944 to $1901 at 18:14, xau totally fell $43 in 3.5 hours

 

In conclusion, from the above several cases, it is advisable to pay attention to the big drop in 1-minute candle, particular when price is close to the channel ceiling in the H4 chart.  There is a high probability to see a tremendous big drop in the coming several hours!
