How to create passive income generate positive cashflow monthly 正現金流 被動收入

 After attending different seminars on the topic of passive income, i have some ideas on my mind. The following sources of income may be the solutions under certain circumstances.

1. Rental income: given that monthly rental income is bigger than mortgage payment n the property price increases steadily

2. Forex investment: Manual trading requires skills n time. EA automatic trading may be the solution.  Long backtesting procedure n enough capital are the pre requisites.  

3. Online courses or YouTube video: Similar nature as you recorded video once, passive income can be generated.

4. Stock investment :  Invest in some long term growth stocks or REIT. Stable annual income

5. ETF: such as SPY or QQQ these kinds of Exchange Traded Funds which have long term growth potential n low management fee. 

6. Option strategies: Credit Spread or other.

Backtesting ORB strategy

 Testing is now conducted on HSI and SP500. It seems that the result is good. The BO line is set based on the previous session consolidation zone. HSI can use the US index movement as reference.  If gap up above last night session,  together with BO 5 min candle, there is a high probability that it will go up in the opening. Must leave the market before ten o'clock.  

SP500, we can use the two hours before market opening as BO zone. consider the pre market direction as reference.  must leave the market before 22:00.

this morning,  I increased the lot size. 10 each time.  as I predicted the direction correctly,  the net profit is over 400 in an hour.  the risk is very high as a little movement will result in big gain or big loss.  

I finally settled one side of xauusd. hope it will go down a little bit.

fx is full of opportunities and risk. high risk high return.
